The 'Parsley' fern is incredibly unique and will stop you in your tracks
when you see it! It's hard to resist reaching out to touch its dark green,
crinkled and crested foliage that somewhat resembles parsley. The Male
Fern is a vigorous grower that is robust in stature and matures quickly
compared to other ferns. Even young plants exhibit the crinkling and
cresting. It's great for mass plantings (it does not spread by runners, but
rather stays in a clump). |

This beautiful new Asian
wood fern is similar to Autumn Fern (D. erythrosora) but is a bit
larger and more open in habit. The new growth is a unique shade of golden
yellow, which matures to glossy deep green, triangular, bipinnate fronds.
This is an evergreen fern, so
it should be planted where it is protected from winter winds. Its culture
is the same as that of Autumn Fern. |
