Description:

An old-time favorite, Candytuft is a charming plant for perennial gardens. Because of its drought tolerance, it makes a great filler for crevices in walls or between the stones of walkways. It is also effective as edging or groundcover.
 
Common Name: Candytuft
Botanical Name: Iberis
Type: Perennial; semi-evergreen
Soil Preference: Candytuft is easily grown in well-drained, alkaline soil in full sun or partial shade. Flowering will be more prolific in full sun.
Light Requirements: Full sun to Partial Shade
Attributes: Drought Tolerant , good border plant or ground cover, evergreen, attracts butterflies
Pests: --
Diseases: --
Companion Plants: Basket-of-Gold, Hardy Gloxinia, Peony, Creeping Phlox, Cushion Spurge
Care & Tips: Plan to shear these plants back by about half right after they are finished flowering in order to promote new growth and a more compact growth habit.

Description:  A blanket of pure white! Large clusters of flowers carpet the narrow, evergreen leaves from mid to late spring. This variety is fairly tall for the species and has the added bonus of a tendancy to re-bloom in the fall.

Bloom Time: Mid-Late Sprign
Foliage Color: Green
Height: 8-10"
Spread: 12-24"

Description:  A blanket of pure white! Large clusters of flowers carpet the narrow, evergreen leaves from mid to late spring. This variety is a new vegetative selection which offers consistency in height and habit.

Description:  A blanket of pure white! Large clusters of flowers carpet the narrow, evergreen leaves from mid to late spring. Tahoe is a compact, well-branched, uniform hybrid that blooms about 2 weeks earlier than Iberis 'Snowflake'. It was introduced by S&G Flowers.
