Description:
Weeping Larch is a graceful, small, deciduous conifer with elegant drooping foliage and branches.  It is best to plant this tree where the roots have room to expand and unobstructed by pavement and buildings.

Botanical Name: Larix
Type: Deciduous Tree
Growth Rate: Average
Soil Preference: (See plant descriptions for more details)   The pH preference is acidic to slightly alkaline.
Light Requirements: Full sun, partial sun, partial shade
Attributes: Nice weeping habit
Pests: None serious
Diseases: (air pollution)
Care: Fertilize with Holly-tone, Plant-tone or a water-soluble fertilizer as recommended.

Weeping European Larch, Common Larch

Description:  Striking, bright green needles weeping in dense form that turns yellow in the fall.  Mounds to 4' high and 7' wide in 10 years.   This variety will tolerate some drought and occasional wetness.
Bloom Color: Red and yellow
Bloom Time: Spring
Foliage Color: Green, yellow fall color
Height: 15-25'
Spread: 8-12'

Description:  A weeping form that is branching in varied directions!  Attractive red, pink, yellow or green flowers appear in early spring.    This tree needs plenty of moisture, cool temperatures and an acidic soil.
Bloom Color: Red, pink, yellow, green
Bloom Time: Spring
Foliage Color: Green
Height: 15'
Spread: 20-30'
