Description:
Liriodendron, the state tree of Tennessee and Indiana, is fairly easy to
grow as long as it's soils stays moist and acidic. Drought conditions may cause
premature defoliation. This tree serves as food for the tiger swallow tail (a yellow
and black butterfly)This plant is considered mostly allergy free.
